Disliked: 1st night we found blood spots on blanket and lady tried to tell us it was ink spots. Our room was infested with ants

Overall a nice place to...

Liked: Great location-where I needed to be. Wonderful breakfast, helpful staff.
Disliked: The toilet seat in the first room I was given was disgusting. There were chipped areas that had been patched and were peeling and stained. Why not just put on a new toilet seat???? I asked for a different room because of that, and the second room had a better toilet seat- no staining - but still patches.Why would such a nice hotel not replace toilet seats when they are damaged?
