Very clean and I really...

Liked: Breakfast was great. Everything was great.
Disliked: No complaints we enjoyed every minute we were there.

Manager is Amazing and Helpful

Liked: We ended up not staying due to the pool and hot tub being down, the manager went above and beyond for us, Heather Johnson, was able to get our reservation cancelled with no penalty and called another property to make sure theirs was working. She was one of he most polite helpful front desk people we have ever come across while staying at hotels. Thank you again Heather for helping us get a place with a pool and hot tub , we ended up at Americ inn in Stevens Point which was very nice also! We need more employees like Heather!!!!

Liked: Clean updated property. Room updates still in progress.Breakfast options were much better than other mid-priced hotels.Management was very responsive.
Disliked: Their dog friendly policy cost fee is not clear. $20 per animal turned out to be $20 per night. Unless you're feeding or walking my dog that's too much. I understand some pet people don't always respect hotel property but I don't want to be paying high fees because of them.
