Disliked: Ran out of breakfast by 6:45. Had to wait in line for 25 minutes for waffles since that was basically all that was left.

Great hotel, really disappointing desk...

Liked: The hotel was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The staff (one in particular) was extremely rude and had no compassion or customer service acumen. After waiting a significant amount of time for the desk clerk to resume her gossip with another employee, we requested a slightly late check out due to our schedule with the local funeral home. We were told “No” harshly with a comment about “trying to run a business here.” This all after being told 1) that there were 30+ open rooms the next day, 2) not being given any alternatives (which would a more traditional customer service approach), example: like a late check out fee or a discounted rate to add a day. After the (congenial from our side) exchange concluded we were tossed looks of disdain. If you want to, “run a business,” I would recommend being kind and compassionate to your guests, and trying to offer solutions. We appreciate the kind house keeping staff.

Liked: Good location. Gas stations, restaurants.
Disliked: No clean towels in the pool area on Sunday morning. This was the second time there was a lack of towels at the pool on a prior visit to the same hotel.
