Very unprofessional and disturbing

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Housekeeping waking me up at 9 am after I'd checked in at midnight. She literally walked into my room while I was still in bed. Awful experience. I used to like taking my family here, but after this I doubt we will return. The breakfast was also not good at all. The eggs are not edible. Not even real eggs.

Disliked: Low ceiling height on fitness room. I'm 6'6"

Liked: Basic motel breakfast. Good but nothing special which is fine. Coffee was good!
Disliked: Mattress on bed too firm for me. Woke up with back ache.

I would definitely recommend this...

Liked: I was impressed at how cleanly our room was. When we checked out, I was very impressed at the housekeeper and saw how thorough she was cleaning all the rooms. I wish I would've gotten her name. We checked out 3/12/24 and we we're in room 120. Thank You for our wonderful stay!
Disliked: I wish I would have known that we could request a better view of Lake Michigan.
