Fix your elevator and make...

Liked: The hotel/motel was comfortable, and the price was fair. The breakfast wasn't as good as some I have had in similar hotels, but it was fine.
Disliked: The elevator was out of order. Our room was on the third floor. The desk clerk said that we could not be moved to a room on the second or first floors event though the hotel was far from fully booked. He wouldn't explain why, just said it was not possible. I am an 80 year old man with a bad leg. I had to drag my luggage (and me!) up two flights of stairs over and over. It was painful. Also, the bathroom in our third-floor room was quite small, even though the room itself was quite large. Not the best.

Our favorite place to stay...

Liked: Value, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. There was a bit of a mix up when my husband needed to stay an extra night, but it was quickly taken care of and discounted for the trouble.

Superb

Liked: It was comfortable and pool and hot tub were open later hours than most hotels.
Disliked: Elevator was not working and we had to carry bags up to second floor and we are both older so it was a bit difficult.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were super friendly, and inviting. Made us feel comfortable. And met our needs promptly.

Pleasant

Liked: Location and friendly staff.
Disliked: Have stayed at this property periodically for years. Always my go-to place. It is aging however and needs to be freshened up. Light switch didn't work, bath fan didn't work, strange awkward sprayer on sink. It's needs some reinvestment. The breakfast is typical of these types of facilities but I personally I find them very unappealing.
