Disliked: I checked in and left my guy went to front desk to get key when he arrived and they gave him a key to someone elses room. He walked in and there was guy clothes all over bed and someone in shower can only imagine how he felt or thought

Liked: Everything the young lady behind the deck needs a raise she made sure we was comfortable she's the one who toke care of us on the 3rd and 4th of April ⁶

Fun weekend getaway we been...

Liked: Great breakfast selection and love the pool setup and the kids loved the claw machines
Disliked: We had several rooms booked because of my sister's wedding and were all in a room hanging out since we were kinda rushed out of the pool area still pretty early in the night (around 9:30 pm) and then received calls in our room about apparent noise complaints which I still don't know if they were real or not....front desk said they had to relocate 2 different customers which sounds made up because we were in a suite in the corner with not really anyone that close......2 different people from our room went to front desk to figure out the issue and ask why we were getting noise complaints when we didn't even have music playing and the lady at the front desk told my mother "If you don't like it, you can leave" instead of conducting herself in a professional manner. Her name as she stated to my mother was "Stacey with an E" as there is apparently 2 employees with that name....I don't know if Stacey just hates her life because she never amounted to anything and has to work at a hotel front desk for the rest of her life but she shouldn't take it out on us. Other than Stacey, the night was great. We all love the claw machines!

Very comfortable, enjoyable stay at...

Liked: Staff was very accommodating to our needs. Facility has a beautiful pool area and great, inviting breakfast area. Room was very comfortable and roomy. We were very satisfied with the facilities.
Disliked: Hotel is located just off Hwy 90. Surprisingly, it was very quiet inside hotel and unless you went outside, you were unaware of the noise from constant heavy traffic. There was not an eating establishment next to the property but several restaurants just down the road.

My experience was most satisfactory.

Liked: Breakfast was very good. The breakfast area was clean and the food was hot and delicious. The assortment of foods made available was very pleasing. Sory, to have overslept and missed breakfast on day one of two days there.
Disliked: Little, if anything at all. The place was well run. My entire experience was, indeed, a very pleasant stay.
