Liked: The best part about the hotel was leaving. The first staff member was nice, I didn't catch her name but she was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Things I didn't like in our room: moldy food by the bed, food wrapper by the other bed, unknown red stain in-between the beds, clothing tag pieces on the floor in the middle of the floor, previous guest's leftover half eaten food in container in the fridge, used Q-tip in the shower, lots of cobwebs covering the windows, the volume button for the TV didn't work, the shampoo bottle was empty. They obviously didn't clean the room. The swimming pool was green and murky, we went to a friend's hotel to swim.The outside was just as bad. The dumpster had stained mattresses piled up for everyone to see, garbage bags on the ground that just didn't get into the dumpster, and a garbage can overflowing with garbage covered with flies. The first staff lady I talked with was pleasant. Beyond that, the rest were rude or ignored us. The breakfast on Saturday nearing the end was out of food, and staff did not want to replenish. I had them do it anyway. There were a number of guests down there looking for food. Staff was sitting behind the desk on the computer and listening to earbuds. I have never been so happy to leave a hotel. I want my money back.

Liked: Great location value was good. Paid what it was worth.
Disliked: Room cleaning. Room did not get cleaned or beds made when promised. Internet was very low could not connect properly on either phone or laptop. Customer service was OK was told one thing but was not done.
