The front desk was nice...

Liked: This hotel is nothing like the photos. None of the jacuzzi/spa baths work, but they are still in multiple rooms. The rooms smell like cigarettes and the carpets felt icky. We accepted an immediate refund and ran out of there.
Disliked: The whole place is outdated. The room smelled like cigarettes. The site is so misleading.

Could use improvements

Liked: It was ok
Disliked: There was no hot breakfast when I went down. There was no eggs or sausage. Also the heater in the pool seemed to be broken and there was no access to the hot tub. The kids were too cold to swim more than a few minutes.

Disliked: The tweaker in the lobby hanging with the receptionist, the cleanliness of the room, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the struggle to get the TV to work, the smell of marijuana and knowing there was someone selling drugs from the hotel from statements the tweaker made.

Disliked: No Jacuzzi tubs, TV's broken or bad signals, broken outlets and drains clogged and no tub stoppers that fit

Liked: the first lady that checked us in was great
Disliked: room smelled like smoke bad. Over night guy worker was snoring on the lobby couch at 5 a.m

They need maintenance done.

Liked: Pool was open till midnight for adults.
Disliked: I booked a hot tub suite, the hot tub was broken. The breakfast although had decent options, was terrible and some dairy products expired.

Will not be booking again...

Disliked: Room was outdated, beds was not clean window was cracked also breakfast was horrible my jacuzzi did not work into my room pool was old and dirty - will not book again
