Liked: Helpful staff. Nice rooms, hot tub, and pool. Good breakfast and shuttle service. It was everything we were looking for.

Restroom door showed it's age but the good full breakfast and pool area more than made up for that.

Liked: Nice, clean room; staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Lisa.

Liked: The Best Western Hotel chain is the best and I will not use any other given a preference. Always clean and comfortable with a wonderful breakfast, unlike some who advertise but don't measure up. Friendly courteous staff, a well run business that should be first choice when staying away from home.

Liked: Very clean, most staff was friendly.
Disliked: The free breakfast was ok, but for the amount of people it was serving, it should have had bigger equipment to handle the crowd. Also only 1 person managing food, who was on the edge and very short when telling her what was needed, and having trouble keeping up with demand. Really need 2 waffle makers, had to wait too long for everyone to get something. Another issue was waiting more than 5 minutes for 1 desk clerk to handle check in and check out, really need more staff on weekends

Excellent value - I would...

Liked: Clean and functional. Room was spacious and comfortable. Temperature controls worked well. Wi-Fi was strong. Solid quick breakfast with typical carbs, juices, coffee, etc. Very friendly front desk personnel at night and in the morning. Hotel shuttle cost extra but it was priced right and service was excellent. Lots of fast food, sit down restaurants, and a grocery store within a couple blocks. Courtyard in the back is quiet with a few chairs under a covered area and a basketball court.
Disliked: It shows its age - just go in understanding that this is a budget hotel. In our room the air conditioning unit blew DIRECTLY at the pillows of the bed closest to it. Turning off the unit was not an option so I had to build a pillow barricade on the bed to keep from getting blasted all night. I guess I could have slept in the other direction. As with many hotel AC wall units this one did smell a bit funky - I think the filters needed to be cleaned.

Very comfortable and convenient hotel

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located within 10 mins drive from the airport. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the toilet/shower were impeccable.
Disliked: The breakfast was minimalistic. Definitely good food but not a lot of choice.
