Liked: Helpful staff. Nice rooms, hot tub, and pool. Good breakfast and shuttle service. It was everything we were looking for.

Restroom door showed it's age but the good full breakfast and pool area more than made up for that.

Liked: Nice, clean room; staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Lisa.

Liked: The Best Western Hotel chain is the best and I will not use any other given a preference. Always clean and comfortable with a wonderful breakfast, unlike some who advertise but don't measure up. Friendly courteous staff, a well run business that should be first choice when staying away from home.

Disliked: Elevator is super sketchy. Bed wasn’t that comfortable felt like you were sleeping on a box spring super hard.

Disliked: Needed grab bars in the bathroom. Was told I needed to order handicap room.Scrambled eggs were cold....

I was expecting it to...

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The floor was sticky and dirty. The sink was clogged. The room has a faint smell of cigarette smoke.
