Liked: Helpful staff. Nice rooms, hot tub, and pool. Good breakfast and shuttle service. It was everything we were looking for.

Restroom door showed it's age but the good full breakfast and pool area more than made up for that.

Liked: Nice, clean room; staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Lisa.

Liked: The Best Western Hotel chain is the best and I will not use any other given a preference. Always clean and comfortable with a wonderful breakfast, unlike some who advertise but don't measure up. Friendly courteous staff, a well run business that should be first choice when staying away from home.

Adequate hotel but doesn't live...

Liked: I liked the breakfast and down pillows.
Disliked: Overall, this was an adequate hotel, but for what we paid for it, all the little "hmm" moments added up. Things like our non-smoking room you could tell it once was a smoking room. And the bathtub stopper didn't work and it dripped after shutting off the faucet and the hair dryer sort of worked....it would heat up but not blow air. Also, this is a first world problem, but the pool was too cold to swim in.

This location does not qualify...

Liked: Location was easy to find just off of Interstate Highway .
Disliked: Staff was rude especially Tressa !!! Staff did not provide assistance for elderly and disabled clients !!! Assigned room was not for disabled and was at very end of hotel with long walk to facilities !! Bathroom was too small and toilet was extremely low and uncomfortable .

Clean, breakfast was better than...

Liked: The staff here is very hardworking and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable.
Disliked: Some of the building has needs minor repairs and up keep.

Very poor breakfast

Liked: The rooms were clean. Lobby very presentable and clean.
Disliked: Ice machine broken on one floor. Cigarette butt in the hallway We arrived at breakfast 15 minutes before the end. 10 other guests as well. Only one muffin left. No sausage. Syrup was gone. The breakfast attendant (who looked like a guest who rolled out of bed in pj's) came and took the empty waffle mix container and never refilled. Microwave Oatmeal packets, but no microwave. I wouldn't rely on the breakfast here at all very disappointing.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and caring! Both ladies (front desk, blonde maam with glasses) and the lovely lady who made the delicious breakfast! Yes the place may not be the most fancy but the service makes it a 10/10.. and there's a basketball court; they provide balls! A 9 feet deep pool!

Exceptional

Liked: The towels were seriously the softest towels ever!!! As a solo female traveler I liked how safe it felt and the location was perfect distance to all of thing I needed and places I wanted to visit. The toilet in the room may need a new seal it would run for a very long time but after a few times of wiggling the handle it stopped and breakfast was great I didn't try the apple cinnamon waffles but they sounded and smelled amazing and I loved that they had cartoons on TV for breakfast it was a very positive start to the day
