Liked: Helpful staff. Nice rooms, hot tub, and pool. Good breakfast and shuttle service. It was everything we were looking for.

Liked: The Best Western Hotel chain is the best and I will not use any other given a preference. Always clean and comfortable with a wonderful breakfast, unlike some who advertise but don't measure up. Friendly courteous staff, a well run business that should be first choice when staying away from home.

Disliked: The floor was sticky and dirty. The sink was clogged. The room has a faint smell of cigarette smoke.

Liked: Tha staff was very friendly
Disliked: There was a leak from our bathroom to the carpeted area on the other side of the wall the shower is on, in the suite. It was wet when we arrived and remained that way for the duration of our stay. There was mold and/or mildew on the carpet trim.
