Eliminate your ant problem.
Liked: Ants in my bed, bathroom, microwave area, desk, night stand and tv stand. Everywhere, I first suspect bed bug when I falling asleep and something crawling across my neck. Spayed with DEED and it was a bit better. Told Housekeeping, and guy at the desk. They knew about and said only “ It’s that time of the year and that they spray once a month. Then he said twice a week. So not sure they are being truthful. I suggest spraying once a week. So It suck.
Disliked: Spray your damn ants. On the third floor really. I wasn’t looking for a refund just a solution. Their answers was not working obviously. I have rental property myself and we have had ants by the kitchen sink. We put out ant traps. So maybe you should do the same. I always try to stay at an AmericanInn. Never had a problem till now.

Great stay, good location and...
Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly - I was there for a family matter. I happened to lose my car keys and the staff called me to tell me they had found them before I left town. They took the extra step once my keys were turned in to contact me. What a relief to have my personal keys back so when I have to return to that area I will be staying there. Really good facilities.

I will give housekeeping two...
Liked: This is the second time I have stayed there. This time was totally different from the first time. Check in was a total pain. They tried to say the rooms I did reserved and paid for wasn’t what I booked. This only after they said it wasn’t even booked.
Disliked: The fact there is grills all around. It’s ok to have one or maybe two. Maybe they could even match would be great. Hallway with the stairs needs better lighting during the day.

Liked: The Breakfast was great and was available until 10am. Pool was great and hot tub too. Beds comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent and very friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

Don’t leave ANYTHING
Liked: Clean good breakfast
Disliked: I left something in my room came back a couple hours later and the house keepers acted like they had noo idea where my expensive item was.
