Liked: Arrived and was told I was not reserved until the following day. Still charged for the room on the wrong night. Already was returning home to michigan

Liked: Large room king suite with seperate living room which worked well with partner who has insomnia and could read and not disturb. Jacuzzi was excellent as well as the breakfast.

Polite professional helpful Staff

Liked: Nina and staff were polite and professional resolved an issue well. We would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good seemed like staff were working hard to make our stay smooth. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Downside was pool area not having working water slide and water being cold for young children.
