Liked: The one who checked me in went above and beyond, besides that no one really talked to you. Was a different vibe, seems family operated.
Disliked: The room was clean but had old food in there that smelled really bad. Window was ajar for smell, I'm not sure. Tv didn't work. I have pictures. They moved us and new room was better but different tv didn't work. They kept saying well other tv works, I get that but I got this room for the convenience of both tvs. They did call someone to fix tv but I had to be assertive and threatened to leave both days if something wasn't done. I was supposed to get a discount from manager but nothing yet. Breakfast was OK but heard others complaining. We made the best of it.

The staff was nice and...

Liked: The breakfast was decent and the location was easy and right off the freeway.
Disliked: The hotel seemed to be doing a remodel but there was a smell/ odor that smelled musty and dirty.

Liked: Couldn't eat much as I had a doctors test that morning

Liked: I usually don't eat hotel breakfasts but as others have stated, the breakfast here was very good. The location was great for our needs and the room was comfortable.

Liked: I liked the layout of the room
Disliked: Room wasn’t clean, booked a 2 bedroom hotel room with a kitchen, had 2 adults and 3 kids. We were only provided 2 spoons and 3 forks in the kitchenette. No paper towels, dishes already in the dishwasher when we got there, found food on the floor of our room, the walls and holes and paint gone from them removing shades and not fixing it.
