Disliked: I didn't like the first room we were given had lady's underwear hanging from the light. We were given a new room but no inconvenience discount.

Liked: I enjoyed the complimentary late check out that was available for our family. We had a great stay in the 2br Suite and also the double standard room our kids' other mom stayed in. All in all a great experience. Great for family time. The breakfast was good! Pool was relaxing. Rooms were quiet and relaxing for us the whole weekend.
Disliked: The baby toys we found under the small sofas from a previous person.

Liked: The room was fine for the night my friend and I stayed.
Disliked: The staff was very choppy with their communication and unhelpful to guests. I called before my stay coming in for a Sunday to Monday trip, very small gathering and I was told at check in that Breakfast was serviced until 10am. I checked in on a Sunday and checked out on Monday. Still got told it was served until 10am. They have a sign on one of the pillars I saw right before leaving that was never pointed out to me or no overview of it in the small information slip of paper you get with your room keys. The staff wrote it down on my card breakfast was served until 10am, she also told me verbally before we left to check in to our room, Sunday evening. Monday morning, Before we even got down to breakfast we were bombarded by staff not even knocking at our door just coming in, said good morning and left, not sure what that was about but it was only 9:30am when this happened we were way before 11am check out. Going down to breakfast after the random staff barge in our room. I was not told until 9:40 when my friend and I brought all our things down after going for a quick swim because we thought we had enough time to enjoy ourselves, no. We had to come to no breakfast at 9:40am. The clean up/concessions staff that was cleaning up informed me I can not have any breakfast because, not a lot of people came down and another couple came down around the same time told the same thing it was served until 10am. The couple went to the desk to get it figured out. They said the same thing at the desk that the concessions staff said to me. She did offer a bagel or yogurt to help which was the kindest interaction from any of the staff I got the whole time I was there. We just turned in our keys and went out for breakfast. Overall, if your staff isn’t informed on the right times. The guests will get the wrong information. There is a friendly disconnect with the management team and guests with situations like this.

Liked: Nice, newer property. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Very spacious.
Disliked: Although this seems like a very nice place the maintenance is lacking. In order to keep it new looking, they need to patch holes, scrapes and scratches. Our suite had 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon and one fork. We were expecting at least 4 of each. The dishwasher was full of dishes. There were no dishrags or dish towels. Our toilet wabbled and should be taken off and reset. A little bit of work and this place would make it like new again. We sincerely hope they keep this property up and not let it fall into complete disrepair. The pool was the only filthy place. It needs a complete cleaning. Pool parties take over the place and regular guests are left with no pool towels or room to swim.
