Disliked: I called the phone number for Wyndam hotels that I acquired online. I wanted to call the hotel in Elkhorn, WI personally, however all I could find was the national reservation number. I called the number and asked if the hotel accepted pets, and I was told yes. Therefore I booked the room with Bookings.com. I knew that I was going to be there for sure, so I didn't get any insurance. When I got to the hotel, I told them about my dog. I was told absolutely no animals. The hotel staff was absolutely no help. I had to find another hotel in town, and I was completely out of the money I paid. I never even made it past the front desk! I'm not likely to ever stay there again, and I'm going to be sure to tell all my friends about the experience I had.
