Stayed here out of necessity,...

Liked: Very close to the highway and not far from the action of Canal Park. Friendly staff, charming decor in the lobby and attached Restaurant. Great valueReally nice fitness Center and pool/sauna were also clean and well maintained
Disliked: A little noisy considering it was a weekday, but our roof was on the first floor with windows to the parking lot..which was actually nice to keep an eye on things

Liked: Breakfast was good and the location worked well to get in and out of Duluth quickly.
Disliked: Worst bed Ive ever slept in. The pull out couch was more comfortable. The hotel bed was the equivalent of sleeping on the floor.
