Disliked: Maid service was marginal, room did not get vacuumed for 8 days

A few glitches in the...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We had a little trouble adjusting the in-room heat. Also, our TV didn't work; the staff person tried to help, but couldn't fix it.

Liked: Clean facilities, good selection for breakfast, nice staff.
Disliked: We wished the hot tub was in working order during our stay, but they were fixing it. The pool was open.
