Disliked: I had sent an email prior to my arrival and they never responded when I arrived at the airport. I called and the person who picked up the phone was incredibly useless.Couldn't even forward me to somebody who could be more helpful. Those two experiences, it really soured me.I never been stayed at the hotel hmm

Liked: Location was ideal. have stayed at this hotel many times in the past but it's been a few years. found it was very run down since then and cold have been a little cleaner. disappointed that it did not include a warm breakfast as in the past. Unless you enjoy waffles.
Disliked: The exercise equipment was good.. Location was great for me.
