Disliked: My husband has asthma and kept having to use his inhaler. We noticed black mold spots on the curtains by the A/C. We checked the AC filter and lint was rolling off the screen. No wonder his asthma was soooo bad. Reported it to the front desk. Also the bed sheets had yellow stains here and there on the fitted sheet.

Liked: Was charged for an early check in. Was not told the charge was coming out of my credit card. Was charged a $100 for a set of towels that the hotel claimed was stained. Checked back in for another night. Told agent to use same credit card for security. $100 was swiped and was pending for the second night, agent said it was denied. I offered to show him my acct on line so he could see the pending charge for the second night and he refused.
Disliked: I was charged a $100 for a set of towels the agent. Claimed was stained. If he was going to charge me, why didn’t he show me the stained towels when I asked to see them. The money was taken out of my acct with no explanation of why it was being taken. Bad management. I will post this to the internet so clients can be awareIf a client is going to lose their security deposit, they should be shown why
