10/10. Very clean and friendly

Liked: Everything was so clean and very nice. We had traveled cross country and ended up arriving earlier than we planned. They were kind enough to have the room ready for us a few hours before the check in time. We definitely stay here again.
Disliked: I didn’t see an elevator so we had stairs that lead up to our room. But I didn’t see the entire hotel so there very well could have been one. We just entered on the side entrance closest to our room.

Disliked: There was human feces on the floor next to the hot tub in the pool room. Told the front desk staff who did absolutely nothing. Other guests swam in both the pool and hot tub all night. Feces was still there in the morning, this was 12 hours later! Once again I told the front desk staff. They did nothing. A staff member who had overheard the conversation came over to ask me about it and finally cleaned it up. Will never be returning!
