Liked: The nature trail beside the property it was also quiet and very nice

Adequate. nothing amazing though.

Disliked: Room was fine, but kind of dusty. Fixtures have not been dusted in forever.

Liked: Nice location right outside of Charlevoix. Not downtown or within walking distance, but a short 5 minute drive. The staff were great - friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and had a nice variety for a hotel breakfast. No fresh fruit but did offer several hot options along with the cold. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of places to sit and chat around the hotel. We would stay here again.
Disliked: Healthier breakfast options, like fresh fruit or alternative milk options (like oat milk). The lack of an elevator for the 2nd floor was odd.

Disliked: We had a fireplace in our room, but it didn't work.

Disliked: The only complaint I have is the rooms were too dry and my nose was very stuffy in the morning.

Liked: The reception staff was very helpful. I made the payment when I booked the hotel, but I was charged again on the day of arrival. The staff was able to problem-solve and give me a refund.
Disliked: 50% of the lights were not working, and the bathtub was a little dirty. The room has a strong smell, maybe due to humidity.
