Bugs and snarky employees

Liked: They had ice machines but they was empty.
Disliked: We entered and the check in lady immediately was snarky. Every question asked was responded to with attitude and condescending. Entered the room and the smell knocked you down. Not to mention the bugs in the tub, bathroom and on top of the bed. I have videos an pictures. I called the lady who was so rude but no one ever showed up to our room.

Liked: Easy check in...great front desk staff at check in.. laundry staff exceptional
Disliked: Night clerk called police on our ball team and another team...no one was causing issues..she just freaked out in front of children...if you take ball teams at your hotel then you should expect gathering of groups if people...we always clean up after ourselves..
