Wonderful!! Thank you so very...

Liked: Staff delivered exceptional service in every respect - with a smile and very clear instructions, and were tremendously welcoming upon entry. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was beyond comfortable! I would love to know where to buy the same mattress, and I would buy it in a heart beat. It was the most comfortable bed ever! Wonderful breakfast as well!
Disliked: Perhaps an additional luggage trolley would be helpful.

Casper

Liked: Comfortable bed, easy check-in (online prior to arrival). Good variety of food options at the continental breakfast.
Disliked: Clean enough room, but a little outdated. We appreciate breakfast, but staff was less than friendly, and warm food was not very warm.
