Very good

Will not stay again.

Liked: I’ve stayed several times at this location and I like the city and proximity to other areas that are around it.
Disliked: They had no hot water for over two days of the 3 that we were in the room. The assistant manager flew off the handle to my wife who brought up the hot water issue for no good reason.

Liked: Bed was really comfortable and room amenities were nice. Having a hot breakfast and ability to do laundry was a bonus.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: No hot water for both days we were there. Water pouring out of the tub spout in room 129 vs the shower head.

Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: The fridge was broken so you couldn’t get cold drinks, but a small store was just a couple blocks away so it wasn’t bad.

Liked: The Staff. Everyone from registrration/checkin to housekeeping went out of their way to accommodate our needs.
Disliked: Parking lot and walkways with deep snow to navigate. BUT, this is the Keweenaw Peninsula, which gets a lot of snow and this AmericaInn is located near prime snowmobile trails and the snowy parking area helps them.
