Disappointing. There are plenty of...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The agent at the front desk was nice. That's about it. We found a restaurant close to us that was pretty good, but took some research.
Disliked: Didn't like that we were next to someone who talked SO LOUD that we could hear him describe his dinner to his female phone participant in detail (mostly about his Cobb salad and his 3-olive dirty martini). The walls are too thin. The A/C was turned off and we couldn't change anything upon arrival, but customer service fixed that when we returned to our room. Lots of construction around the area, and the nearby mall was pretty much vacant.

Liked: It’s very clear and I have look after like family didn’t feel I’m stranger I’m really drilled the reception team specifically Mr’ Regan very helpful and house keeping team too ..

Good place to stay.

Liked: Close to most things you need, like restaurants and gas stations. And The Original Pancake House next door was phenomenal!
Disliked: It smelled like wet/moldy wood. The pool area needs better ventilation.

Smelly, dirty

Liked: Location
Disliked: Moved rooms 3 times. First room was dirty. Then my son and I moved upstairs so my mom ( who is in a wheelchair) could be in the e first floor. No elevators.Old rooms. The whole places smelled like marijuana. The staff were calling in the building while working. The pool is super small. Not worth the money. For what they charge they should put money into maintaining the building.
