Disliked: There was NO wiggle room on early check in it was 3 and that was it. It's a BIG place and there was not many guests maybe 10?

Liked: The lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool very much.
Disliked: The room (#135) was not clean. Upon entering the room, I found hair in the sink which was partially clogged and backing up even after I removed the hair. The room was invested with insects which included mosquitos, flies, spiders and other insects; there were spider webs filled with insects at the base of the AC unit which appeared to have been there for quite some time. Finally, the door leading to the exterior was very hard to open and close because the door hit was too tight against the door jamb.
