Liked: The customer service was exceptional. Loved the little welcome bag! The first hotel we have ever stayed at that has done this. Very nice touch and greatly appreciated after a long road trip! The pool area was very clean and everyonereally enjoeyed it after a long day in the heat at the track. Breakfast was decent. We really liked the complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser in the shower.
Disliked: Few small opportunities for improvement...Our room looked like it was in the middle of being repainted. Painting was not finished in the bathroom above the sink. There were paint drips on the bathroom floor. Black mildew on the ceiling around the shower could use some scrubbing. The bathroom was missing its hair dryer, but the mount for it was there.No cups to make coffee in our room. Had to go get some. Overall, though, we had a nice stay. Thank you.

Liked: Staff was always pleasant and friendly. Very clean and comfortable!
Disliked: They need to be more prepared to have coffee available in the morning and they need more food and beverages in the vending machine, they were pretty empty.

Exceptional

Disliked: They are unprofessional. They watch your every move; especially the wife. She walks around with a smug on her face and does not greet you. Every corner you turn, they are there- watching you. Its uncomfortable and they do harass you to checkout by 11.
