Liked: The breakfast was nice. The first clerk was nice. The housekeeper who had to let us in was nice.
Disliked: The pool drains aren’t secure and are unsafe. We had to stop a 3 year old from putting his arm down it. DO BETTER!! The features listed on your page aren’t accurate. Bar?? Oh they closed that. The one pool is 3 feet deep only but NO ladders making it hard for kids to get in and out. One little girl tried to grab the fake rocks next to it to help her out and it almost fell in on her. The driftwood on walls is crumbling. On arrival, we were put into an occupied room. It was supposed to have been a check out that day I guess and they never did. So housekeeping dropped the ball because NO ONE NOTICED!! Our beds were lumpy and I’m sure were comfy at one point but not anymore. The arcade is a huge money grab apparently. Half the games just robbed the money with no game play but hey 👋 no refunds. No waterslides, no food anymore. Most of the water features have been removed or barely worked. The bathrooms are cold and crappy. Maybe some kind mat is needed for the handicapped shower as my VETERAN husband slipped and fell. This was a huge waste of money for us all. We could have driven a shorter distance to stay somewhere but we thought your Facebook and website were accurate. Guess Not. 4 rooms of annoyed and upset people. Huge waste of our time and money. We had key issues with 124 both days. Once Saturday and thought it was fixed. In morning we go to breakfast and our key quits working. 3 trips to desk and straight back to room holding key out in air and each time it wouldn’t work. Had to get housekeeping to let us in. The trim and walls outside have mildew bad and the corners are rotting. Wish I had taken more photos of the crap. The fake fiberglass rocks by the pool are unsafe for kids. They are a tripping and falling hazard.

Great value and pleasant accommodations

Liked: The hot breakfast and coffee in the lobby were both convenient and delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was also spacious and fun. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Not very fancy, but no...

Liked: Spur of the moment booking due to other facilities not being able to accommodate my pet. This facility allows pets. My room was a lake view which was great! There is also lake access.
