Nightmare.

Liked: Location. Pool.
Disliked: Service was horrible. Checked in on Thursday. Requested new room because of very musty smell and dampness in room. Denied. Requested maid service/clean sheets. No one showed. 2nd request. No one showed. Ran out of toilet paper (no extra only existing one on roll) ran out of towels/washcloths. Requested full service.. again! They only brought toilet paper and a few towels. Didn’t touch the bed or room. I went down to the desk and expressed my extreme displeasure and demanded call from manager next day. No call! Now it’s Tuesday and still no one has serviced the room…all week!!! Finally they came Tuesday and changed the sheets. We checked out the following morning. Manager said we would receive compensation…STILL HAVE NOT. We slept in damp, dirty sheets all week!!! Reused wet towels that wouldn’t dry in the room. Horrible stay! Rude night front desk worker. Won’t ever stay here again!
