Horrible stay for 3 days...

Disliked: No hot water in tub the hot water pressure in the sink was just a dripNo one came in and refreshed the towels or took out trash all 3 days I was there the breakfast tucked they said buffet I dont call mini donuts and 1 plain bagels a buffet and a gal of milk with a drop of milk it the fridge there was trash in the yard an an old air conditioner laying by he door as you walk in and tall weeds all over the property and a full dehumidifier in my room as you walk in not enough places by bed to plug in my medical devices and cell phone and to top it off the main reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub and it was not working they should let you know these things before you book the room and I didn't like the note on door that if the doors are locked you have to call a number why dont they have a keyless entry like everywhere elseI was very disappointed in my stay they need to be more accommodating when it comes to trash and towel they acted like you were going to steal there golden towel and usually at other places I stayed they at lease leave 2 sets of towels in the room not her there was one set and when it was used there was no more well I guess you really didn't need many since there was no hot water in the room I had to shower at my family member home in townAnd when I arrived I didn't like the desk ladies attitude when she asked how many were staying I said one she smirked and gave me a funny look I travel alot and am always alone that didn't make me feel very invited my frist impression and I was afraid to ask my family members to visit me at the hotel so I left early in morning and came back late at nite just to sleep I will not be returning they need better habits when it comes to rudeness and keeping your room clean at lease towels and trash out and offer HOT water for baths it was no a very good experienceI booked a room 2 queen beds i got a room wirh two full size beds then after I checked out I get a message from...

Wouldn't recommend for more than...

Liked: Room was clean. The fridge and microwave worked. Beds were okay. There was an excellent restaurant next door.
Disliked: The TV was ancient and the TV service was terrible, kept freezing up especially at night when the hotel had more people in it. Obviously not enough bandwidth coming in. The hot tub was broken the entire week. Multi-option shower heads but water pressure was insufficient. Staff just offered excuses. The cleaning staff didn't leave clean towels on the 1 day we had them come in the room. Had to go to the front desk myself to get them.

Liked: Moderately clean.
Disliked: We only chose this facility because they listed a hot tubs which was not actually available. Smell of the room was stale and like old smoke. Carpet was sticky and residue like where we only wore shoes or socks. Pillows were crap and breakfast was disgusting.
