Liked: AmericInn is a great value for the stay. Everything was clean and the breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: The only issue we had was that the pool was kinda chilly. The nice man from the desk came in and turned the heat up.

Liked: Wonderful staff, very friendly lady that was taking care of the plants and grounds out front. Clean rooms & Solid breakfast.
Disliked: Our fridge didn’t work at check in but seemed it was a very recent issue as it still has some ice in the back. Too tired to deal but alerted staff in the morning who was responsive.

Disappointing

Liked: The mattress had a huge dip in the middle. Worn out bed. Otherwise it was a great place. The mattress was beyond bad , due to wear.

Not what I had hoped...

Liked: The woman who checked us in was very nice. She tried to be helpful. She had trouble finding sheets and blankets for the fold out couches. She also came up and cleaned to additional room in our suite. It wasn't cleaned.
Disliked: Again, I have definitely stayed in cleaner rooms! The sheets and such were not on the foldout couches. The jacuzzi tub was not cleaned, and the floor was dirty. The next day, I asked the housekeeper for an extra blanket. She must have forgotten. The man at the front desk also didn't bring out the towels for the pool. They sat in a basket behind the desk and myself and another couple both had to go out there to ask for them. They did it about 15 minutes before I did.
