Liked: The property is in an incredible location. Only used car to go to mansions. Bella was beyond helpful. We couldn?t find the tv remote, so she brought us one. Called again to tell her tv wouldn?t come on. She fixed that. When there was a message to call the cable company, she made that call. Truly above and beyond.
Disliked: N/a

Enjoyable

Liked: Location is fantastic walk right out into the middle of restaurants, shops and bars. only a short walk to the docks.
Disliked: could have been a little cleaner, a little better kept but it worked just fine.

Glad I only stayed one...

Liked: Breakfast was not provided at the hotel as advertised. We were given vouchers for a limited continental breakfast at a neighboring restaurant. The voucher didn?t even include coffee. We had to pay for that.
Disliked: Electrical was unsafe. Wall receptacle was missing a cover plate exposing live wires. Lamp bulb connection was bent and looked like someone could be electrocuted. Shower head needs to be replaced. Overall, room wasn?t worth the high cost!

Great place great location

Liked: The rooms were decorated very nicely and the staff was quite helpful. The extra amenities of snacks in the room and free breakfast at the restaurant next door were nice touches.
Disliked: The sink area was located outside of the bathroom and was very small.
