Liked: First it said check In was at 2pm get there lady said it's at 3pm since 5 years ago. My reservation said 2 queen beds get there only a king size bed.

Great stay for a great...

Liked: The room we had was just renovated, so everything was very clean and nice. The staff is so kind: they offer you a drink before taking your reservation. The location is walkable to, for instance, Walmart, etc.When I’m in Houston, there is no other place we’d go for our stay.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: My room was comfortable
Disliked: I didn't like the fact the receptionist requested that I no longer book my room on Booking.com because it was too confusing. Therefore she stated," in order for me to stay there I would need to provide cash." I explained to her that Booking.com is a site that I use for my hotel stay because it's easier to book with my card rather than carrying cash on me. So I decided not to book with this hotel again. If I had cash on me it wouldn't be any problem but she stressed to me she only wanted cash.
