Liked: The workers are very polite and the managers were also too very attentive and in making sure that our needs were met.Towels the pool is lovely
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that me and my family didn't have enough time to stay there and spend more time there

Perfect for what I needed

Liked: I was in visalia for knights of columbus state convention and I could walk to the convention center in less than 10 minutes.
Disliked: More channels on the tv.

Liked: Great location and the rooms are clean a lot of good TV.And it's so peaceful and quiet.Me and my family enjoyed our stay

Ok for the price, friendly...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and responded to my requests immediately and courteously! When I asked for someone to to clean my assigned room, the staff immediately offered me a different room or a complete refund. When that room was a little dirty too, they cleaned it promptly.
Disliked: The room I was assigned was very dirty: dust bunnies behind the door, sticky patches on the table, stains on the bedding, dead flies in the sink, and crud in the shower/bathtub. The second room was a lot better, but had a dirty shower as well. But again, staff helped me out wonderfully!
