Liked: it was close to downtown
Disliked: When I tried to pay for the room with my card, the staff said they couldn’t process my transaction without giving them my pin. They shouldn’t need a PIN number, so they asked me to pull cash. As for the room, the blanket had a slain and was generally in poor condition.

Liked: The location is cool downtown visalia there's a store right around the corner, the rooms are spacious the TV has a lot of channels there's a fridge and microwave.
Disliked: A little overpriced for the quality. The pool is unavailable.

Dissatisfied, disappointed

Liked: Not what it’s advertised it’s dirty, smelly, burnt bedding, dirty bedding, it was a nonsmoking room and it smelled so bad!! Not worth the money! Please don’t stay here they wouldn’t give a refund.
