Don’t lie on the availability...

Disliked: What I found disappointing during my stay was the interaction I had with the receptionist. I requested a downstairs room, and although he appeared to check, he told me none were available. However, I noticed several unoccupied downstairs rooms both before entering the room I was assigned and again a few hours later. The following morning, as we were leaving, those same rooms were still unoccupied.Additionally, I called the front desk to request extra pillows and towels, and the receptionist made it seem as though they didn’t have any available. When I went to the front desk in person, he again pretended to check before eventually retrieving one pillow and two towels from one of the very rooms he had previously claimed was unavailable.

Liked: We love the cleanness but our suggestion why you guys don't do breakfast? Please consider it would be perfect if you guys do breakfast but other then that we loved the place everything
Disliked: We didn't like that they came the next day to changed our sheets replaced clean towels we didn't want that just come after we checked out not in the middle or the day off. But we loved the place

Disliked: The room smelled, was stuffy. Floor was dirty, window screens were well-situated in their tracks. There was a mosquito inside. Room was so uncomfortable that I left. Put my personal blanket on the bed to lay on top off because everything felt and seemed dirty. Woke up from a 45 minute nap to loud music emminating from other guests in the parking lot. Left from the hotel. Didn't feel comfortable or safe.
