In one word, Unbelievable.

Liked: The price was good but still not worth it for this location. Just go somewhere else.
Disliked: I checked in for this property and upon arrival, there was about 20 police officers outside and parking lot was full of police cars. I waited to check in, when I did check in I asked if it was safe and what had occurred. I was told by the lady at front desk that it was safe and apologized for that and had hoped I didn’t see that. I was given a room towards the freeway and it was very noisy. I was going to be checking out early and I mentioned I needed to rest if there was any way I could please get a different room. I was given a room that smelled like smoke after that. I went back immediately in less than two minutes and mentioned I do not smoke and I have asthma. The lady said she gave us a nonsmoking room and that there is a fee if we smoke. We told her that she could check if she liked but our room smelled like marijuana. She said her leg was broken and she could not go up there. She got upset and said she would just refund us. I was not offered another room. I was respectful and patient and was still giving this place a chance but she just pushed us way and said she will just refund us our room. Also homeless people just hang out outside of property and one man was outside of our room sitting on the floor with a telescope. We felt very unsafe there.

Disliked: The price and the accommodations were great!

Poor

Liked: Room was very run down. The cable didn't work on the TV. The outlets on the desk didn't work. I asked for non- smoking room but got a smoking room. Desk manager fixed it, thank God. The room next to me was loud all night. The place looked super shady, so I slept with my clothes on and armed. The WI-FI worked fine.
Disliked: Run down room. No working outlets.
