It was not price equivalent...

Liked: The room was clean for the most part. Location was easy to find.
Disliked: There was no toilet paper in the room. Office staff did not give instructions to the location of room. He did not greet me. The floors of the room were very dirty. The tv had no volume and no color. The WiFi never worked.
