Disappointing

Liked: Large room, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Air conditioner was horribly noisy and and no temperature control. It was too cold. Only way to turn it down was to pull out the plug and have no air conditioning. Unbelievably, there was only one electric socket in the room which I used for my CPAP breathing machine and I could not charge my cell phone overnight.

Very good

Liked: Location was convenient, within walking distance of the main st shops close to everything we needed. Rooms are good sized not crammed at all.
Disliked: Tub and sink in our room took forever to drain, while showering feet stayed covered in dirty water. New beds could be a potential upgrade as you can tell even just the mattresses are so old and worn in it’s hard to be comfortable. There’s no bell or anything at the main desk, any time we went in to ask for something needed we just had to stand there till someone came out to help us.

Liked: Basic, great value

Liked: Close proximity to the hyannis strip.
Disliked: You get what you pay for but I normally don't let people clean or room while we're gone but this time the didn't do a good job to say the least. Didn't vacuum or clean too much. I felt bad because they were very nice older people! Still tipped well.

It was a decent value...

Liked: The location, the flooring in the room, the staff, the cleanliness
Disliked: It was loud - we could hear other people all night long. We didn’t have enough towels for each person in our room.
