Friendly and courteous
Disliked: Would have been nice if there had been more options for breakfast such as eggs

Superb
Liked: The location was perfect for what I needed. I didn't know anything about a breakfast though. The morning desk attendant was SO nice!!
Disliked: The evening attendant was nice, but it was a little concerning to get there at 11:30, ring the doorbell and then have the employee come to the door in workout shorts, a long sleeve henley shirt with a stain on it, and no shoes....

A good stay in Independence
Liked: the staff was exceptional, welcoming, friendly and efficient. In all accounts it was very nice.
Disliked: Marks on the wall from the chair in the room.

This was a very pleasant...
Liked: The bed and linens were exceptionally good. The desk had ample workspace and was well equipped. Its chair was very comfortable, as were the upholstered chair and ottoman. Heater was efficient. Employees very friendly.
Disliked: One of the lights in the bathroom did not work, leaving it rather dark. However, the receptionist at check-in was up front about it, and explained the situation.
