Americas Best Value Inn & Suites University Ave

I will never stay at this hotel again. Didn't have clean towels; the staff was very clueless. No one knew nothing about nothing. Booked this hotel so I could be near Clear Channel Metroplex to attend a wedding. Booked at one price but was charged another and called customer service and was told that the hotel could charge what they wanted to. I will never book anything under this site again. Pleae don't be fooled by daily breakfast. One gallon of milk and orange juice in a mini fridge, a bag of always save cornflakes(very old). The staff was drinking all the coffee, so there was never enough for the guest and had to wait a minute for staff to make more. Boxed danish rolls. Just awful, they should shut down. Rooms were stuffy! Never again!

Disliked: Continental breakfast was very disappointing. I would feed that food to my pet. Really didn't have anything to eat.

Liked: It was easy to get to.
Disliked: The floors were dirty, there were cobwebs behind the bathroom door, there was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Had to wait outside to check in or out. Will not ever stay here again.
