Upgraded rooms; nothing fancy but it was clean and staff was courteous.

Liked: My husband and I like the location of the hotel It's close to the mall and restaurants
Disliked: In the past, the rooms were very clean( this is why we liked staying there) but this time it was very very dirty The lines were hard( needed some type of fabric softener) the toilet, bathtub, walls , and microwave was very dirty. It looked like someone was living there and didn't cleanUnfortunately, when we visit relatives, we will spend our money somewhere else

Good value for basic accommodation

Liked: we originally thought all rooms had a kitchenette, but they were able to change us quickly to ones that did as we were staying in the area for 3 weeks. The cleaning staff, reception staff and grounds staff were very friendly and helpful and never too busy to deal with any issues we had.
Disliked: The site is a little tired and basic and much more could be done to improve the accommodation and surrounding areas. However it was conveniently placed for our needs.
