Great quiet motel will stay...

Liked: Very accommodating staff and super clean room and was very comfortable.

Liked: Convenient location. Good price.
Disliked: Noisy neighbors. TV didn't work by instructions. Towels were stiff. Pillows smelled old, dirty, but looked clean.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was ok. Just didn't look like the picture.
Disliked: The fact that I booked the room. For the pool. And there was no water in the pool. I'm very disappointed. I really feel like I should get some money back. Due to the pool, not being available. Also, there was only decaffeinated coffee in the room. Wanted regular coffee.

Liked: The location to the freeway was amazing! The staff (pm and am front desk) were exceptionally nice. Ate at the Little Mexicana next door-excellent and very good prices. Our room was so nice with King bed and separate living room/tv and bar area with junction. Would stay again
Disliked: The lobby area did not have any air conditioning! It was broken staff said. Don’t know how they could work in that humid hot area-same in the breakfast area-very hot. Breakfast was disappointing. Don’t expect much-but really limited with just toast/cereal. Need fruit, oatmeal packets maybe packaged danish. Customers remember the little details. Also ice machine in lobby broken and ad says swimming pool, but was completely empty

Disliked: No hot water on 1st night. Cold shower with 40 degrees outside=not a good time.
