A deeply disappointing and unsafe...

Liked: The staff was kind and tried to make things smoother.
Disliked: We had to switch rooms due to bugs and broken outlets, only to find the new room hot, musty, and with a broken AC filter. My sister-in-law stepped on broken glass, and we found more sharp debris on the floor. The pool was unusable, falsely advertised amenities were missing, and overall cleanliness and safety were unacceptable.

The trip was amazing and...

Liked: The property was in a great location and the state was very good. Everything was well.
Disliked: I had no problems at this point in time. Everything was great. Enjoyed my day. We’ll stay again.
