Verify location before booking

Liked: The price
Disliked: They had this place look completely different on booking.com, my fault for not looking them up. People knocked on the door, and the slamming of doors was very loud. Hair dye OR blood on the door and ceiling.

The staff were very incompetent...

Liked: The pool was alright. The staff, though overwhelmed, incapable, & untrained were at least kind.
Disliked: Check in took 30min and the inexperienced front desk worker 4 tries to check us in. We were the only people in line. Our room had 2 TVs yet only one broken remote with NO BATTERIES. Finding batteries took them about 45min! They had no tissues, napkins, or plates or food in the 'breakfast' area. The bedding had burns & stains.
