Disliked: It was not clean amd didn't have enough pillows

Liked: The price was the only thing that was good about this place
Disliked: The musk/smoke smell hit us in the face when we opened the door. There was no extra lock on the door. There was trash all over the place at the office. We were able to look at the room before we stayed but it didn't matter. We had already budgeted what we had for this room and would have lost the money either way. The room was booked for 4 people and we only had 2 towels. I asked for more and the lady at the front desk said they don't handle any of that at the office and we had to wait until the morning and try to catch their cleaning service. I was very uncomfortable the whole time and wanted to leave but we had to be there and I felt kinda trapped. I have stayed at this brand hotel before but it was nothing like this. It was awful. The lines to the plug in were cut, dirt was everywhere. I will never stay in this brand of hotel again.

Liked: Filthy. Sheets and covers were stained. Towels filthy. Carpet dirty. Sink was held together with a rope. Roaches in the room and a bad odor. Horrible. Would never say there again or recommend it to anyone.

Liked: The staff was rude and trying to get me to double pay and stand outside with my baby was crazy.

Disliked: The room wasn't clean tub was disgusting looked like who ever cleaned the room left the sheets on from the previous occupant floor was not vacuumed the tub had no hot water
