Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Los Angeles Downtown SW

Liked: Room size, bed and bath were nice and upgraded.
Disliked: Did not feel safe. It is located in a rough neighborhood and unwanted people were seen in the parking lot.

Need better customer service. They charge me amount diferent than the original price.

Disliked: Yes we ask about extra pillow the clerk said no. No microwave in the room. At the office they have the light off is dark. Coffee in the morning is only from 9:00 am to 10:00 am I ask if they can make more coffee the clerk said no.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful, no hesitation when it came to service needed in the room. Also big bonus points too the secluded lot. My car was safe the entire weekend.
Disliked: There could have been a pool, but I know that is asking for too much. the location was great for our trip so other then that I had no complaints.

Liked: The staff was very accommodating to our requests
Disliked: The rooms did not have microwaves as advertised and rooms smelled like smoke. Also, the bathroom fans were coated in dust like they have never been cleaned.

the door seemed like it was kicked open as it was broken. THEY SAY ROOM HAS A SPA BATH..... IT IS NOT A SPA BATH its a nasty hole with no built in seats or even a plug for the "tub" they guve u a plastic that obviously froats around when u turn on the water. the sheets looked very old and disgusting everything smelled so bad and was dammaged. the fridge was dirty and im almost certain that a bug bit me while i was sitting in the old nasty chair. WE DID NOT STAY. WE DICIDED TO TAKE A 95 DOLLAR LOSS AND BOOKED SOMEWHERE ELSE. It was so gross we cudn't stay. the area was full of people that seemed like they were on drugs, lots of drunk homeless people and was scarry and nasty all around. Also not locate in down town, 30 min away from down town LA. worst experience ever please do not choose this hotel.

Liked: NOTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS GOOD.... PLEASE PLEASE KEEP OUT!
Disliked: The place where it is located is extreamly nasty. I was scared looking around didn't even want to have dinner any where near.lots of drug addics the hotel was horrible, it smelled disgusting, chairs were ripped and the door was broken. Horrible place

Disliked: service not good, tried to use the microwave in the office but no person there to open the door. I was charged for another $10 for each night although I didn't ask for any extra bed or facility, not happy about it, because this was not mentioned earlier.

Beware if u don't have car/and check in at night. Not very safe location. But Otherwise is very good. In summary Good Hotel at great price near moderate unsafe area near USC.

Liked: Good hotel great price in mildly unsafe location at night.
Disliked: Location is not USC area it is moderate crime area actually.
