Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Jackson MI

Not enjoyable

Disliked: 3 rooms before one prepared for use, tv not working,cigarette smell,burns and stains. Beds poorly made, flooring loose and uneven. Tub needing repair, no microwave, and ac loose rattley.

Disliked: First when we checked in the first room out of our two smelled and the bed Had sticky stuff all over it so after going back to the office they gave us a second room different one this one had hols in the bathroom wall and door one hole they duct taped in the door there was a connecting door to someone else that lived there there was holes on the floor or the floor was falling in the bathroom walls look like they were molded... AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF MY KIDS WERE IN ONE OF THE ROOMS THAT I HAD RENTED AND THERE WAS A POLAROID PICTURE STUCK BEHIND THE BATHROOM MIRROR AND WHEN THEY TOOK IT OUT THERE WAS A PICTURE OF A MAN FULLY NUDE HOLDING HIS GENITALS!!!!

Disliked: The hotel is completely run down nasty and dirty and the price is outrageous and now they have black the booking site so you cannot book your room anymore and the price is crazy it's $80 a night for this room and it's even more for the weekend And everyone was freezing because it kept leaking air our heater hardly heated the room and people kept walking in and out of door because our door didn't lock all the way
