Liked: Very understanding people and extremely welcoming

Sleepless Nights!

Liked: The location of the property, because it was within walking distance to stores and food places! Didn't really like anything else though as the property had many issues!
Disliked: Unfortunately the property was very run down and had many issues. The walls are super thin, so you hear ever little noise other guests make from the other rooms through the walls or from upstairs, so if they are loud in the other rooms beside you or stomping back and forth upstairs you hear everything and do not get any sleep and it seems everyone staying there were up most of the night making noise, so we got very little sleep during our stay. The bathroom had issues and sink kept backing up and it was not very clean at all either. Bedding was stained and everything looked like it was from the 1970s to 1980s and was not in good condition. Plugs were scarce and not in convenient places, and it had a horrible smell in the place like an old musty smell as well and you could smell other odors coming from other rooms if someone cooked, or smoked in the room. I feel the price that was charged for how run down the place was is too much. The only good thing about the place was the area. It was convenient if you needed to walk to a store or place for food that was close by! That was the only good thing about it thought was the location. It needs a complete overhaul; possibly even a complete rebuild in my opinion, especially to sound proof the entire property, oh and the door going into the room did not shut completely, so it let in cold air since it was winter time when we stayed there. If you don't care about anything other than a roof over your head it was fine. Not for getting much of any sleep though!

Disliked: It It was smaller than expected. The table did not sit straight. The outlets were falling off. The TV did not have a channel listings. The lighting was not good as some of the lights did not have bulbs in them. No clock in room. No phone.
