Bad experience they won't offer...

Liked: No hot water for a shower Monday morning. Called the front desk when I was checking out and the woman acted like she didn't understand English
Disliked: Noisy area had room window facing the freeway no hot water

Our experience was just awful....

Disliked: Holes in the carpet, dirty towels, burned holes in the lamp and sheets, broken lock, locks on the building, duct tape in the shower

I give 5 stars very...

Liked: I like the quietness and the location

Disliked: It had broken walls, drawer bottom of closet was broken, cigarette burns in the restroom counter toilet seat outlets were broken light fixtures power was missing room smelled like smoke furniture was dusty like it haven’t been cleaned

Disappointing and discriminating against handicap

Liked: Requested and confirmed for A Cassie ke non smoking king. When we arrived to check in was toldonly nonsmoking were up the stairs. We can't climb and carry luggage up stairs.
Disliked: Nothing

Worst hotel I've ever stayed...

Liked: The only good thing about this place was it was the only hotel left close enough to the venue we were going to!
Disliked: The room stunk, the bed was hard, the pool was filled in with rock, so will never be used again!, the night stand didn't have the drawer, there wasn't a phone in the room so no way to contact the front desk. So when we got back to our room after going to Six Flags. We needed towels. I had to walk around the entire hotel to get to the night window which wasn't manned there was a phone, when the woman answered the phone she said there weren't any towels that she could get for me at that time, keep in mind before 10pm, and proceeded to ask me if I had towels in my room which we used the towels after the room service person came by at 8am that morning, so no we didn't have clean towels! And she wasn't even at the damn window! So I will never use this place again! And there were bugs in the mini fridge and microwave... gross! And only one lamp worked. There were burn holes in the comforter, the shower curtain, and burn marks on just about every inch of the bathroom. There was dog crap in all of the grass around the property! Overall, NASTY! I wish I had taken pictures. I was more occupied with why we were there.
