Do not recommend

Liked: The location was next to the interstate.
Disliked: The parking lot was full of pot holes. The whole place smelled like cheap fabric spray and mold. The room had a weird fragrance too. The tub/shower had mold. The closet doors were off track. The mini fridge was not clean. No one could sleep. It was awful.

Gross

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Smelled like smoke and marijuana and stench of mold hot tub didn’t work in my room the whole reason I got room went to front desk told them they said maintenance would come they never came the whole stay

Pleasant

Passable

Liked: drove for 5 hours and was told we couldn't check in for another 5 hours unless we paid a 30 dollar check in fee plus 150 dollar deposit that I'm still waiting to receive back
Disliked: that we couldn't check in upon arrival even when I gave a estimated arrival time but no one got back to me about being able to check in at that time so they made us wait for 5 hours before checking us into the room

Dirty everywhere

Disliked: Very dirty hotel And if you have room near the kitchen smells horrible

Didn't meet my expectations although...

Liked: The second room I was given (after the first one wasn't acceptable) was clean and there was adequate toiletries. The jetted tub worked.
Disliked: The first room I was given, #116, smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn't feel safe in the room because the chain lock was completely removed from the door. The faucet in the bathroom was difficult to open and close. After waiting a long time for the hot tub in the room to fill with water, I couldn't find a way to turn on the jets. A call to the front desk gave me the option to move to another room. The second room was a much cleaner room with a chain lock. Breakfast bar was out of coffee cups so I had to ask for some.

Liked: 2 room suite, location, breakfast included
Disliked: No trash can, comforter was 2 sheets around a duvet, TV had 1 channel, snowing with window open when we got there so it took a while to warm up.

Bad

Liked: Dirty environment drug addicts every where rude staff
Disliked: Every thing

Superb

Wouldn’t come back.

Liked: The price was good.
Disliked: Right after we checked in we seen police circling the parking lot then after we had been in our room about five minutes the police were literally right outside our room window arresting someone. We also had no lights outside around our room so we really struggled to find it. They have a lot of people living in the hotel and they have the walkway full of stuff in some areas. The room was just decently clean and the beds are hard.
