Liked: Nothing it was late and had driven from north Carolina and was tired
Disliked: My room had a lot of condensation and I fell staff was very unconcerned about the situation and rude.would not give me any information to contact owner.there was Prostitution drug dealers and people walking around all night long on the property management. Very unconcerned, the only thing they were concerned with was taking my money for the room.

Liked: Nothing they lied to me and told me they didn't have my reservations they Peter Patel told me to call the booking company and if they could confirm I had reservations they would give me my room I did that and still didn't get my room they claimed my reservations were never sent there
Disliked: I didn't like the way that they lied to me and to the police

Disliked: Man at desk was rude, told me that because I had a U-Haul and a tow hitch that we had to leave because he did not want the truck or car on the property. He told me he was calling the cops.. I found another hotel as I went back to the front desk to get a refund the cops came I asked him if the person called about me he said no. If I were booking.com I would not have this hotel listed for anyone to stay there. If you are Sonesta as it says you now own or manage this hotel I suggest you do something about it because its not something I think you should have your brand associated witho
