Bed bugs & theives

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: They stole my money from me. I had been staying there for 3 days already and they accused me of smoking in room which I did not. So when I paid for the night and was told after I paid I needed to switch rooms. That maintenance needed in the room they gave me was supposed to be nonsmoking it was not. It smelled like 25 years worth of smoke, musty, and food. t was gross. I checked the bed like I always do and there were tons of bed bugs all in the cracks of the mattress. I asked for my deposit back I got it with a lot of back n forth. In the chaos I walked out without my room money. I called back about 10 min after I left realizing what I had done . They told me I had to pick it up next day. Not happy about that I waited til next day and went to get room $ and they gave me back half of the money for the room stating I checked out late which I most absolutely did not. I would not recommend this place at all and it should be shut down and demolished. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

Disliked: Upon arrival everything was disappointing. The locks/handle to the room was not adequate, could see into the room from the outside of the door. The white sheets were dirty/stained. The pillows were lumpy. Didn't even use the correct size pillow case. Towels were stained. Room smelled bad. Stayed for appx 3hrs then left. Didn't stay the night. Was too uncomfortable especially with the jank lock and the dirty sheets.
